Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations.
Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

Returns and exchange details:
Returns are discouraged (it's glass and can be risky to ship!), but should you receive an item that simply doesn't work out as you thought, please return it at your expense in re-salable condition for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If you want to exchange your glass panel for a different one, please return it at your expense in re-salable condition.  Once received, and after refund and new payment, I will send out the glass panel of your choice if it's in stock. Shipping charges will apply unless the item is marked "free shipping".  Please understand that these glass panels are handcrafted one at a time (and I'm a one-person shop) and if the one you want is out of stock it could be some time before another one is made.  


Pieces damaged in shipping are handled on a case-by-case basis regarding repair, replacement or refund. Notification of damage must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping policies:
Each piece is very carefully packed by the good people at UPS, but this is glass after all. Should a piece arrive damaged or broken it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded upon return. Notification of damage must be made within 3 days of delivery. Of course loss is covered with insurance. Purchaser is required to assist with insurance claims as necessary.


Shipping times:

Each order for handcrafted glass art will usually be sent out within three days after payment has cleared.  There may be exceptions from time to time so please be patient. Tracking information will be sent if possible.

Note:  We are not responsible for weather or other conditions which impact shipping times.  If there is a holdup at our end, we will be sure to communicate with you.
